The question I have is 4816 is a changing system tray icon (no email, new email, error) and this ticket is for a floating message box that displays inbox information (unread emails, etc.). I don't know anything about system tray icons or floating message boxes but is their functionality similar? If so, then I'd agree that this is a duplicate. In my nieve thinking, one is an icon and one is a message box so they are different, even though the same set of dlls fixed both.
