So to my problem:
I would like to IBP (http://www.ibusinesspromoter.com/) under Ubuntu 8:10 with the existing Wine (1.1.8).
Installation works wonderfully well with the launch of the program succeed. Only once the program on the Internet what it wants is the message that there is no Internet.
Firefox, but can go on the Internet.
Here's an issue of Wine on the console:
The program was started and then was up to the point Auccount the first set until it wanted to go on the Internet since then I have not received it quits.

still in 1.3.26. Native wininet doesn't help, but winetricks ie7 does. I'll attach terminal output.

But I tried to use the program thatway it would eventually connect into net and complain that it doesnt have an access, but it never complained.

Still an issue with wine-7.22. I tested in a 32bit prefix set to windows XP. Installing ie7 or ie8 did not work around the issue for me.
