Hi!

The Sims 2 crashes at startup with the following message:

Direct3D returned an error:
   D3DERR_INVALIDCALL! The application will now
   terminate.

Playonlinux is not supported. You must report bug with plain wine or
wine-staging.
Anyway, Sims2 is known to not work in wine.

This bug can be closed as DUPLICATE of bug 80512
