There's a black screen instead of gaming board/minimap.

Affected games:

Future Force Company Commander - gaming board - unplayable

War Plan Orange: Dreadnoughts in the Pacific 1922 - 1930 - gaming board -
unplayable

Airborne Assault: Conquest of the Aegean - minimap
Command Ops: Battles from the Bulge - minimap

According to developer of the last two games, the code for minimap creates a
DIBSection and calls ::StretchBitmapSmoothly()

The problem exists since many versions (possibly since ever).

Not a blocker. Did you actually mean version 1.3.14? Your description suggests
that each application is suffering from a different issue; please file a
separate bug for each program and retest with the latest development version of
Wine.
