Notepad++ does not react to the mouse. I can't click on any of the icons, I
can't scroll. I can however press alt-f, and the file menu does open.

Steps to reproduce:
$ wine npp.8.1.4.Installer.exe and accept the defaults.

My system:
$ wine --version
wine-6.15-123-gbe8501ac6f1
$ uname -a
Linux cedric 5.13.10-arch1-1 #1 SMP PREEMPT Thu, 12 Aug 2021 21:59:14 +0000
x86_64 GNU/Linux

Can't confirm, works fine for me. Did you already try a clean WINEPREFIX? Also,
are you using vanilla wine?

That's weird, it works fine with a clean wineprefix.

As far as I know I use vanilla wine, installed via this aur package:
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/wine-git/

Not sure what exactly caused this, but if it's due do a broken WINEPREFIX
there's not much we can do. Make sure to report when it comes back though!
