When running World of Tanks on AMD 3600 the system crashes into a state where
the CPU is off, GPU is off, motherboard/fans are on, USB has no power and power
button doesn't work(MSI x470 gaming plus specifically, I don't know if this
would be different on a different board.).

This worked fine on my Intel i7 975 and it works under windows. I am 99% sure I
used the same drivers for my GPU, but I have reported a bug in mesa to be sure
anyways(as recommended by winehq).

I tested mesa versions back to 19.0.0 and they all have the crash, and I am
quite sure I was not running an mesa version older than 19.0.0(I was running at
least 19.2 at the time) I think it is clear that it is not the mesa driver.

I tried using the clearcpuid=514 kernel parameter as suggested in
https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/2927 but this did not work, thus
this will very likely not be fixed by the linux 5.4 update

turns out to be a PSU overload, the GPU could work harder because of the
upgrade.
