When tried to print a document from Microinvest Invoice v.3.03.752, the program just blocks. Contacted the developer – responded that in Wine the windows do not follow Z order.

What do you mean the program 'blocks'? It freezes/hangs? Please attach terminal output.
There are several programs named Microinvest on that site. Which one should be used?

It hangs, included an image.
One other issue can't type inside the program on Cyrillic, just able to type in Latin.

Make sure that your locale is set appropriately. If the problem persists - open a separate bug report.
