[Bug 5989] Cannot run uninstall for IE6

The uninstall attempts to copy the original files back

err:setupapi:SetupDefaultQueueCallbackW copy error 2 L"C:\windows\IE
Uninstall\removbak.inf" -> L"C:\windows\inf\removbak.inf"

which fails miserably.  It then deletes c:\windows\IE Uninstall so they are
lost forever, along with the uninstall program.
