Cannot run Sibelius, fails to load. Can however, now run the installer
(couldn't do so before, so had to run from a Windows installation, which worked
perfectly because I don't think Sibelius needs many dlls, but now nothing
starts up at all)

I'm not sure how it could be a regression, as it's a call to an unimplemented
function:
wine: Call from 0x73c21895 to unimplemented function GDI32.dll.NamedEscape,
aborting

If it is, please run a regression test:

Yes, but I am using the full version. I'm not using the latest version (version
5.1) though, I'm still using version 4.
