A great deal of the Quake Live process works now:
Installation of firefox 3.0.5
Installation of Flash 10.0 r12
Log in to beta.quakelive.com (without quakelive npquakezero plugin running)
Download of QuakeLiveNP.msi
Installation of QuakeLiveNP.msi
Log in page of http://beta.quakelive.com/beta/
Log in page of http://beta.quakelive.com

However, after you have logged in firefox will crash (upon entering the portal)

That doesn't look like enough.  Compress the whole log with rzip, maybe.

Can't fit it into 1000 kb. I get 1.5 MB at best. Don't know where to upload

For me, Firefox crashes without showing a thrown exception (using wine 1.1.18),
but instead with

fixme:file:MoveFileWithProgressW MOVEFILE_WRITE_THROUGH unimplemented

I can supply a WINEDEBUG if needed.

I just tried with 1.1.20 and I can start the training match, but after a few
minutes of playing it disconnects. Firefox does not crash.

I just tried with my old install and then re-installed in a clean prefix and I
can not second this. Logging in to the portal makes Firefox crash right away
for me (running 1.1.20 as well)

I'll have to check if this is still an issue, but since there is now a native
linux version of this application, this bug should be given lower priority.
