Terminal showing result of running Eye-Fi Manager.exe with WINE

The Eye-Fi Manager software was working great under 9.48; now it won't run. 
Any ideas?

It's loading some sort of driver - those don't work all that great yet. You
sure this is not some HW driver? Or worse yet, some root-kit?

This worked fine under WINE 0.9.46 (sorry - I think I said .48 before) and
broke when I upgraded to 0.9.53.  When I rolled back to 0.9.46, it started
working again.

If you're not familiar with Eye-Fi, it's an SD card device with 2GB of RAM and
a built-in wi-fi adapter.  You put it in your digital camera and it
automatically uploads new pictures stored on it to your computer via a wi-fi
router.  The bit I'm using WINE for is the part that receives the pictures and
stores them on the PC (or uploads them to a photo-sharing site like FLIKR,
which is probably why it's doing things that make you think it's a root-kit...)

I get this same unhandled exception when running winecfg or wine notepad.exe . 
I'm using a recently installed Ubuntu 8.04 .  I've already applied the
workaround discussed at http://wiki.winehq.org/PreloaderPageZeroProblem .  I
get the same results using either wine 0.9.59-0ubuntu5 or
1.1.0~winehq0~ubuntu~8.04-1 .

That's because you installed some software that came with this driver. Does
winecfg/notepad run normally?

  What driver are you talking about?  The attachment I posted was simply the
output of winecfg.

Lei, you're right about ssipddp.sys.  If I delete .wine and recreate it, then
winecfg and notepad.exe run normally.  ssipddp.sys must have come from mentor
graphics pads, which I tried to install.  I guess I don't know enough about
windows internals to recognize that file as not belonging.

I no longer have access to Mentor Graphics PADS, so I cannot retest.  Nor, for
that matter, do I have an Ubuntu 8.04 machine.
