Regedit

$ env WINEPREFIX="/home/todd/.wine.test" wine regedit &

--> Registry
  --> Import Registry File

Does not actually import ./reg files, but says it has successfully done so.

Tested with wine 10.8 and fresh wine prefix.

File seems to be imported to registry correctly.

Indeed works fine in Wine (which I assume this was logged for) 10.9 and Staging
10.9.

and taking a crack at it.  It also deals with the registry.  And it was not
fixed in 10.9
