When you click on "Settings" in the Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster launcher,
the launcher crashes. Starting the games, however, works.

You Try NET Installer for working Launcher? in my case is fix workarround this
crash in the past.

The installer is found under folder game/CommonRedist/

If I run the installer, it tells me "Same or higher version of .NET Framework 4
Client Profile has already been installed on this computer." I assume it has
been installed during the first launch from Steam.

I have experienced the same issue, and trying the .NET installer yielded the
same result.
