When the GOG.com version of Earthworm Jim 3D is launched only the bottom left
corner of the games screen appears in the top left corner of the screen (see
screenshot).

Is this still an issue in current (1.3.2 or newer) wine?

This still happens in 1.3.2, It only shows up when using the GOG wrapper but if
you just run the original executable this bug doesn't happen.
To run it with the wrapper run: wine gogwrap.exe GOGEARTHWORMJIM3D

Still a problem in wine 1.5.9, although you can run the gog version without
gogwrap.exe (with extensive gfx errors) it will run without the games cd audio.
