err:module:import_dll Library MSVCP60.dll (which is needed by L"C:\Program
Files\UltimateBet\liveupdate.exe") not found

This is not part of Wine.

Invalid - MSVC runtime redistributable is not properly installed.

Downloaded and installed MSVCP60.dll to \system32, Same result.
