Hi, I guess this is the program, as i can reproduce the exact backtrace crash
in wine-10.0:

Before the crash:
012c:err:eventlog:ReportEventW L"Exception Info:
System.InvalidOperationException: Cannot set Owner property to a Window that
has not been shown previously.\r\n"

Please upgrade to wine-10.3, as the crash seems to be fixed there: It starts
fine for me using this latest wine-version, while it crashes with wine-10.0

Tried to update to Wine 10.3, but non success.

NTi Data Explorer starts, but crashes and quits out after the splash screen

NTi Sound Insulation Reporter starts, loads the home page, but crashes after
attempting to open or importing data files.

I have the vendor licenses for both applications.

Could you paste the console output before the crash? It also needs arial font
to be installed. Could you check if 'winetricks arial' changes anything?
