I'm trying to run ZMud using WINE 1.3. However whenever I try to run it using
the EXE I get General extraction error location ES1. When I run it through the
terminal however, I get the attached log. If it's possible to fix this, I would
like to know how so that I can get ZMud up and running.

What's an exact Wine version (wine --version)? Terminal output?

Did you install the application under Wine?

Exact Version is: wine-1.3.28

Yes I was able to install the application using wine, but get the attached log
if I try to run it.

You are trying to run it from the wrong place.

There's only one place the file is in, since I'm not a programmer I'm not sure
how to reprogram it to run from another place

Here's the Terminal Log when I manually go into the folder and try to run it.
It tries to load this way, but I keep getting General extraction error location
ES1. Did some quick research, and there's not really anything that can be done
about it outside of Win7 that I see

Can you reproduce the problem with the trial version as well?
If so, please provide step by step instructions how to reproduce it. The trial
version starts without problems here, tested with 1.3.28 and
wine-1.3.34-202-gb0f704d.

Confirming, works fine here too with latest git, both from console and from
gui.

seems to be working fine under the latest wine version. Unfortunately with
Ubuntu it doesn't come as a default option, but once I got it installed I
didn't seem to have any problems with it.
