Tried the demo from ftp://cap2demo:cap2demo@enlight.exavault.com/Cap2_Demo.exe but can't find any video files or attempts to play any media from the log.

fixme:quartz:MPEGSplitter_query_accept MPEG-1 system streams not yet supported.
I just double tested and this is a duplicate, this is a well known problem.
