At http://download.belastingdienst.nl/toeslagen/apps/win/ko2011_win_setup.exe you can download a small app to send information to the tax-service in order to get subvention for childcare.
The app installed fine and i could fill in all forms without problem. But after i put in my credentials to send it to the tax-service, an serious error occured and the app has to shut down. The app-dialog underneeth the error-screen says 'sending failed () see help'.
After the app is closed I also get an error from Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library stating "Runtime error: R6025 'pure virtual function call'"

If - next year - i still/again have problems with (presumably ko2013...) i will report again.
