CrossOver has a hacky workaround that makes QuickTime and Itunes happy, but this workaround is not correct. If we wanted a correct workaround we'd have to read the X11 screen into the surface each time the front buffer is locked, which will make performance of e.g. quicktime drop to one frame every few seconds.
I'd say take this bug off the 1.0 buglist, it is unfixable.
