vcredist_x86.exe hanging install

Hi all,
I'm trying to install finale 2008 (a music notation program)
When I run the installer it hangs when it gets to: 
Execute: "C:\windows\temp\vcredist_x86.exe"/Q

Please see the attached log for the terminal output.

I've also tried running all of the versions of the vcredist in winetricks, they
all, except vcrun2008, hang with the same "fixme:ntdll:find_reg_tz_info" error 
please see attached logs for each version
Downloading the files independently from the MS site also has the same effect.

Please help.

By downgrading to wine 0.9.54 this problem disappeared and finale is installing
as I type.
Please let me know if I can assist in getting the vcredist to run in 0.9.55

If it works in 0.9.54 but not in git or the current release, then there's a
regression that needs to be fixed.  Please run a regression test:

I have finished the regression testing.
I hope I did everything correctly (this is my first experience with this kind
of thing). It all went as described here:

Works in latest git (vcredist 2005).

Just wait until the next release Wine 0.9.57 - in about 10 day.
