Following bug 24611, when installing Final Fantasy XI Online: PlayOnline Viewer, with the parameters "/S /v/qn" for silent installation, no files are being installed at Program Files. (using Windows 7 compatibility) If I run the manual installation (Next, next...), works without problems.

--- Comment #1 from Ken Sharp imwellcushtymelike@gmail.com --- Does this still occur in Wine 7.9 or later?

--- Comment #2 from Chiitoo chiitoo@gentoo.org --- The installer has changed since this report, and I notice 'lutris' mentioned in the log.
It would be nice to know the actual command invocation, but at least these seems to work here:
wine msiexec /i PlayOnlineViewer.msi /q
and
wine msiexec /i FINAL_FANTASY_XI.msi /q
Assuming "64bit" prefix actually means (the old style) WoW64 prefix (both 32-bit and 64-bit supported), though the new style WoW64 64-bit only build of Wine Staging was also tested, and works for this.
