There is already a bugreport for this application (with the same crash in
ole32):

The bug is fixed in wine-staging, but not yet in wine. So for now you can use
wine-staging to run this application. This bug is resolved as duplicate.

Please feel free to reopen the bug if wine-staging doesnt fix the problem

@Louis while triaging could you fix up/complete bug fields that violate basic
bug reporting guidelines (moreover common sense). Extract as much info as
possible from the logs/comments.
