the software provided by turkish telecom seems that it doesn't have problem while installation, it even downloads and installs the silverlight too. but after executing the program, it returns error.

This function has already been implemented suggesting you are using an old version of wine. Please retest with 1.1.44 or newer.

With wine-1.1.44-170-g69326aa, there are a few problems I notice with TVPlayer.exe. First off, the video window of the interface appears to be completely blank, and judging from the right-click context menu on the black area, that's where the Silverlight content would be displayed. Secondly, the window management buttons (maximize, exit, etc.), which are custom rendered in the interface, are all placed roughly around the same spot in the upper left corner of the window. Lastly, when I exit TVPlayer.exe, I get a crash on exit in wined3d, with a backtrace that appears similar to bug 21154.

resolving the issue as 'ABANDONED'.

The old player version from 2010 is no longer to be found for reproduce. Internet Archive snapshots start in August 2011. The player versions 3.x to 5.x have entirely different issue(s). I've created bug 50180 for that.
