This error message appears after working around bug 44052 (see patch attachment
19 in that report).

Tested in Staging-3.15 (to also work around 41369).

Prerequisite: ``winetricks dotnet472``

I already tested your patch and the installer indeed gets a tiny bit further,
to run into the next d2d1 bug ;)

I`ll resolve this bug tomorrow, and open a new one for the next problem. Thanks
for the fix

The installer now gets a bit further and the installer window actually appears
