Oblivion has some rendering issues after applying the version two of the vertex pipeline replacement patch.
The crosshair is garbled, the status/action bar is garbled and the menu is broken. I don't know if they have the same source of the problem.
Tried with wine-1.1.7-106-g38815e1 + vertex pipeline replacement patch.

Spammaster, you need to test with that patch applied and mention in your comment that you have done so when testing. (I'm not sure if it applies cleanly still).
