At the end of the installation Avatarika game(avatarika.gamexp.ru) can not open
the program dxwsetup.exe requested by the installer.

This looks like a duplicate of https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=39456

Try winetricks directx. The problem is most likely inseng.dll is a complete
collection of stubs...

As a workaround you could make 32bit prefix.

I can't replicate the crash. Installs with no issues, clean prefix, no
winetricks used.
