Wine Debugger and Program error for Wine Internet Explorer popped up

When trying to launch WINE internet explorer in WINE development version
10.0-rc3, it encountered a program error pop-up.

Seems to work for me. Can you try in a clean WINERPEFIX and attach a complete
log?

I created a clean WINEPREFIX and tried running Wine Internet Explorer again in
the clean WINEPREFIX but it still didn't work for me.
