When I run "wine sb.exe" I get a window with "Window Creation Error" then I get
the following error in the terminal:
"err:opengl:X11DRV_ChoosePixelFormat glxChooseFBConfig returns Null (glError:
0)"

Are you using Wine 0.9.9 from Ubuntu? Please consider upgrading to Wine 0.9.60.

This must be an ancient Wine version as this code isn't around anymore (I think
I rewrote it 2 years or so ago). Upgrade to the latest Wine (0.9.60) most
likely the issue won't appear anymore.
