Wine version you used is wine-9.0 not wine-0.9.  Change that please.
Secondly what is the problem. I can reach the login screen. Since I don't have
an account, I did not go further. So when happens the problem? Before or after
login screen?

I typed in the console it says wine-9.0 and when I click launch its just a
black box and popped up that error message I attached
