here are prebuilt DEBs:

WINE is currently only useful as 32bit DEB (to run 32bit apps), so you 
can take one from there.

Your error shows that the 32bit development packages (glibc ... et.al.) are 
missing.

I strongly suggest to use the DEBs ;)
