[Bug 6927] Civlisation 2: civ2.exe and civ2map.exe dont start (unhandled exeption)

I could run notepad and other programs with wine before. I did now a new install
(compile without fomit-frame-pointer) and now it starts but it crashes while
loading a map, starting a scenario or creating a new game.
