Wine-7.0 is outdated. Please use the latest version of wine. Currently it is
wine-9.6

If the bug still occurs with the latest version, please advertise what
application you try to install.
And if available please give a link for a freely and legally download of this
software.

I got that version of wine from flatpak if you are the ones that uploaded to
flatpak can you please update but I will update throw the command line right
new

I am not a wine developer. 
Anyway wine is not involved in Flatpak. Official download for wine is here:
