"int $3" error from a CEF helper is usually bug 32342.
Can you try one of these workarounds: - Install 'corefonts' (or only 'arial' & 'times') with winetricks (Instructions there: https://wiki.winehq.org/Winetricks); - Install wine-staging and use it for that application; - Check if your Linux distribution has a Microsoft TrueType fonts package that contains Arial & Times and install it?
