Tropico 3 1.09 crashes with "fixme:faultrep:ReportFault 0x32ee88 0x0 stub"
after several seconds of gameplay.
The address 0x32ee88 (well, I guess it's an address) has the same value
everytime. Also the second number is always 0x0.
The chance of a crash is 100% during the first 60 seconds of gameplay, in most
cases, the crash occures after 5 seconds.

I found out that the tropico 3 installer installs the latest d3d9 sdk without
being asked, which overrides some dlls.
I retested the game with a fresh wineprefix and found out that the program only
starts if a native d3dx9_36.dll is used because wine's version of the dll lacks
of a function (see bug 20894).

With this new combination (fresh wineprefix + native d3dx9_36.dll) still
exactly the same error occures, but after minutes of gameplay, not seconds.

So I don't know if it is an incompatibility between the native dll and wine or
a bug in wine itself.

This isn't an issue anymore, I played Tropico 3 several hours on wine 1.2
without any problems.
