When installing Quest Toad 9.6.1 the following message is issued: "While attempting to access the installation files an error ocured." Full message may be seen in screenshot attached. native components installed

native msxml3 override is no longer needed. The issue is still present but can be worked around by using native msxml 4.0
NOTE: You *must* use a new/clean WINEPREFIX because invalid artefacts generated by previous install attempts (without native overrides) prevent further proceeding, leading to this error message.
Current prerequisites for the installer: 'winetricks dotnet20 msxml4 vcrun6 vb6run'
(vcrun6 and vb6run because some COM servers won't self register without the runtimes)
