[Bug 16987] New: ElsterFormular 2008/2009 (v10.0.0.0): startup fails with an error message

When I try to start the latest version of ElsterFormular (10.0.0.0), the program throws an error message at me. It's impossible to continue from there. This is rather sad, as ElsterFormular is the official tool to file tax applications in Germany :( After I install vcrun6 via winetricks, the program starts OK and is mostly useable.
ElsterFormular can be downloaded from the official website at https://www.elster.de/elfo_down3.php?who=2008/2009 (You have to accept the license terms at the bottom right.)

To summarize (again): with vcrun6 from winetricks - success (well, apart from the help system) with "pure" Wine - fail

--- Comment #5 from Simon Brandmair sbrandmair@gmx.net 2009-02-23 14:24:09 --- I had the same problem with wine 1.0.1. Obviously Elster is missing the library MSVCP60.dll. Elster works if I copy that file frome a windows installation into the Elster directory.
So, I don't know if this is really a wine bug. Seems more like Elster is depending on some libarary not provided by it.
