Some lists (probably those with icons) are displayed incorrectly when screen resolution > 96. See attached screenshot for more details (made with screen resolution 192).

Changing fonts in the Desktop Integration/Appearance/Items doesn't seems to affect the one used by Wine in message boxes. Could you please tell me how to find it out? Right now I only can say that I'm using stock fonts + winetricks corefonts & tahoma.

The Font choose dialog uses "MS Shell Dlg" font which should map to Tahoma. Are you using Wine Tahoma? Does the problem persist with empty ~/.wine?

I've tried with regular Wine Tahoma and Tahome from winetricks - with the same result.

Yes, I've tried this as well
Right now I've tested this on another computer with fresh Wine 1.1.47 (with absolutely no modifications or winetricks) and the problem is there as well.
