This problem appears on Ubuntu 16.04, 
Processor-
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2410M CPU 
GPU - integrated graphics card.

When you are not speeding the car the game looks ok?

Running in software mode could help checking if the problem is related to the
driver. Try running the game like:

LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1 wine game.exe

Where game.exe is the game executable, remember to CD to the directory first.

At #winehq you mentioned this is a Black Edition, right?

Running game like LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1 wine game.exe did not help.
Yes this is black version, I have no idea how to mention it now.

Video driver - driver=i915,

So I opened wine regedit , found HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\Direct3D set
OffscreenRenderingMode to fbo and IT NOW WORKS, THANKS ALOT.
