Running in software mode could help checking if the problem is related to the driver. Try running the game like:
LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1 wine game.exe
Where game.exe is the game executable, remember to CD to the directory first.
At #winehq you mentioned this is a Black Edition, right?

Video driver - driver=i915, This issue happens in demo version as well.
