error dump when starting Guide9 program in Wine emulator version 6.18

I have used the skycharting program Guide 9.0 from Project Pluto (Bill Gray)
for many years in Fedora Wine environment with previous versions of Wine.
Since Fedora 33 and 34 it crashes consistently, with 'unhandled exception' and
some 32-bit code issues. This happen both in Wine 6.16 and 6.18 and is very
repeatable. See attachment

Guide 9.1 works fine for me on both wine-7.0-rc4 and wine-6.18.

The app's developer mentions this was likely a regression in the app that has
since been fixed.

Please feel free to re-open if this does turn out to be a Wine bug.

I should add that the app does crash if wine isn't run from the install
directory, but again this is an app bug.

I agree it works again. 
With the most recent Fedora 34 updates I now have Wine 6.21. 
The guide9.1 program works fine now.
Thanks a lot for checking and fixing this.
