reproduce:
1. download it
2. run it, the text in the second screen of the installer can be displayed
normally(as picture 1 in attachment)
Normally, it must be displayed as pircture 2.

I found "winetricks -q riched20" make it happier.
I am trying work on this bug.

Simple Testcase

Hi folks, I wrote a simple testcase to reproduce this bug.
You can compile it with MinGW.
Normally, it must display "你好，中国！".

We may need a "git bisect" test to find out whose patch fix it. ;)

Yes, you are right!

Should be pointed out is there was still another bug. With builtin riched20 the
background of the text is white(attachment: builtin.png), which in Windows is
transparent(attachment: windows.png).
"winetricks -q riched20" make it happier.
I think I should sent it as another bug report.
