[Bug 6806] Shareaza 2.3.0.0 Installs but crashes when loading

This bug has been worked around by the shareaza devlopers in a new daily build,
but shareaza 2.2.3.0 still crashes.  Hopefully the next version will correct
this.   They said it was crashing because wine failed to handle Calling power
management functions, and power profiles for Windows.
