When starting a new game and listing the Civilizations the scroll bars do not
show up. You can go into  advanced mode and scroll bars work but in the normal
view for selecting Civs scroll bars do not show up.

This problem can be fixed by copying files from
¨Sid Meier's Civilization V/Assets/DLC/Expansion2¨ (For BNW and G&K, or
Expansion if G&K only installed) to ¨Sid Meier's Civilization V/Assets/DLC¨.

This bug may be related to https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31113
because there is same fix proposed.

My games never crash so I do not think it is a duplicate of bug 31113
