I forgot to mention:
I've tried 'c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office' and
'c:\Programme\MicrosoftOffice' as installation place. At the later place I had
to copy the .DLLs 
from the msword 97 installation at 'c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office'.
