With today's git, the winetricks regression test noticed that
  winetricks dotnet30
now puts up a crash dialog box complaining about servicemodelreg.exe.
This worked with wine-1.3.15, and more recently, so this is
probably a regression in the last couple days.

Try this on a fresh prefix, before running winetricks:
$ rm -rf ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/Microsoft.NET/Framework/v2.0.50727

I'd say so. If you don't remove that directory the installer will not
install native fusion, for example.
