I'm running the wine from the git head, 1.2.25 doesn't work (see bug #33083).
On the login screen for Magic: the Gathering Online, the background image doesn't show up. I've attached screenshows of the program in Wine and also native Windows XP.
The installer is freely downloadable at: http://www.wizards.com/magic/digital/magiconline.aspx?x=mtg/digital/magiconl... . Pick "Wide Open Beta Version"
The site says it needs .NET 4.0, so I ran installed dotnet40 with winetricks.

This works with Wine 1.7.50 in Windows 7 mode. I don't know if it was changes in the game or Wine. The game needs winetricks dotnet45 corefonts and doesn't support Windows XP.
The game later fails when it tries to display a card image.

Reported once working. But did the other windows modes work?
The download is clearly broken. And its really hard to find any download from that site. Is it available anymore? I would close this as worksforme since It's reported back 2013 and reported working 2015 and it's impossible to find the same installer anymore.
