It works with this patch, but again after that there is an other function not
implemented, this one it's: msvcp140.dll.__crtGetTickCount64

Function works now what this patch. What do you think, would be better to
create an issue for each function not implemented or just one in which there
is: "New version of Battle.net not working entirely with msvcp140"?

Because there is again a new function not implemented.
