Confirming. I downloaded the game from
http://www.jucaushii.ro/gamespace_883_download_296_Silkroad_Online_full_clie...
as the downloadlink you provided didn't work for me.
The game starts up fine however if you set winedows version to win98 using
winecfg. Could you try and report back?
