I think this application use MSXML, and this application need Adobe Flash.

It work good with msxml3 and flash. But it freezes after initialization, and it is impossible to me to input the information in the form of the application or select field in the form.

is inaccessible, I can't load it with browser too. HEAD and META error messages in logs are about html content from File not found web page.
