The AppDB indicates that fireworks 8 is OK in wine 0.9.51, but not in 0.9.53+.
However, although the program opens OK, when an attempt is made to open any image the error message appear: "not enough memory".
It seems like the later versions of wine handled the memory differently???
(I am using a fully registered version, but I don't think it should make any difference).
Can you run a regression test: http://wiki.winehq.org/RegressionTesting
I am new to this regression testing thing. The article helped though I needed help to get through it.
